01 About

Six years inside the finance function. And a master’s degree spent asking why the data never quite adds up.

I am a finance professional with more than six years of experience in financial operations across international groups: reconciliations, treasury, audit, reporting and internal control. In 2026 I completed an MBA in Innovation through Business, Engineering and Design at Linnaeus University, with my master’s thesis carried out at IKEA.

What connects my years in the finance function with the master’s programme is a single question: how does data become reliable enough to decide on? That is where I work today, at the intersection of finance, data quality and business development, with Power BI, Dynamics 365, Oracle and ERP systems as everyday tools.

I am based in Sweden with full work rights here, and am currently studying Swedish at SFI course D.

Navigating Digital Planning Environments

Professional User Experience and Organisational Value Creation in Supply Chain Fulfilment Planning

My master’s thesis examines how supply chain planners actually experience the digital planning environments they work in every day, and how that experience shapes the value an organisation manages to create from them. Planning tools are usually evaluated on features and throughput. This study looks instead at the professional user: what they trust, what they work around, and where the gap between the system’s logic and the planner’s judgement is doing quiet damage.

The work was designed and carried out with IKEA in Älmhult: research methodology aligned to concrete business objectives, qualitative and quantitative analysis in parallel, and continuous calibration with both IKEA stakeholders and academic supervisors. The output was deliberately translational: academic findings turned into recommendations a fulfilment organisation can act on.
